Oligodendrocytes are the construction workers who maintain these roads.
 
As we age, these workers slow down, causing traffic jams and slower thoughts.
 
Enter SARS-CoV-2, the destructive rioter.
 
It doesn’t just disrupt traffic; it damages the roads and chases away the construction crews.
 
Weeks after the riot, the city still struggles to function, with long-lasting road damages and traffic jams.
 
This is the ‘brain fog’ of post-COVID life.
