Some notes

You’re free to download and use this card as you wish, and to have it printed how and where you wish.

I give them to family and friends if they appear open to learning about the consequences of repeat SARS-CoV-2 infections.

I offer them to strangers if they ask why I wear a respirator.

I also give them to healthcare workers that I come into contact with as I manage my on-going health fallout from two SARS2 infections.

I find it easier to hand out a card than getting into lengthy, breathless discussions on something that they may or may not care about.

I personally used the online, print-on-demand Vistaprint (UK) for a small (100 card) print run.

I chose the more expensive Premium / Natural Uncoated option, printed front-side only, and with square corners.

The print quality is excellent, and the cards have a really nice, sturdy feel to them. But I did go for the posh option.

1. If you want to use Vistaprint, go to the Vistaprint business card upload page ➲ and upload the image file.

2. Click “Next” / “Continue without Back” (for front-side printing only).

3. Tick the “I've reviewed my design and I approve it” box in the Design Review.

4. Choose your “Paper Weight” (Standard or Premium). (Prices include VAT / exclude P&P.)

    ❂ “Standard” = £14.99 for 250 cards.

    ❂ “Premium / Glossy” = £17.99 / 250.

    ❂ “Premium / Matte” = £19.99 / 250.

    ❂ “Premium / Natural Uncoated” = £31.99 / 250.

5. Choose your quantity (100 / 250 / 500 / 1000) by clicking on the bottom-right-hand “Quantity” button.

6. Add to Basket, sign in, and proceed to checkout.

On money (being the root of all evil)

C19.Life is a strictly non-profit, personal project, and I make no money or commissions through Vistaprint – or any other company or business that I mention or personally recommend on this site.

I looked at several UK-based print-on-demand companies before taking a chance on Vistaprint, as their site and workflow was the most intuitive to use.
